Great prospects of ecotourism

From 14 to 18 April in the hotel «Families» was held a training seminar for the staff of forest conservation reserve «Semey ormany» and «of Irtysh ormany» on the topic «Establishment and sustainable development of ecological tourism in especially protected natural territories (SPNT).
The organizers of the event - the ecological-educational Centre «Tabigat Алемы» (Almaty) at the request of the Committee of forestry and hunting of the Ministry of agriculture of the RK.
In the seminar participated more than twenty employees of the two reserves, including biosphere reserve «Semey ormany»: chief specialist of the Department of reproduction of natural complexes Alfiya Murtazin, researcher of the Department of science Shynar Жылкибаева, a specialist in tourism and recreation Толганай Нурланова, state inspectors and engineers of forestry of the branches of reserves. In the program of the seminar trainings, lectures, practical classes, creative workshops.
Lecturer L. Вальдшмит conducted a training on the topic of «Social framework for communication and cooperation», and also has told about the basics of PR-companies and drawing up of the advertising-information production.
Teacher Н.Блох opened the concept of ecological tourism, its types, told about the opportunities for development of different types of ecological tourism on the territory of the national natural forest reserves.
Also at the seminar there were lectures on the theme: «Ecological trails - recreation zone», «Cooperation with travel companies in the development of ecological paths».
At the seminar said that, currently on a world scale ecological tourism occupies a large proportion of other types of tourism (from 40 to 60%).
Eco-tourism can be defined as tourism that involves, first of all, the stay of a person in the context of the «open» nature, its direct interaction with the picturesque, exotic, unique natural phenomena and objects that satisfy the educational, scientific, natural history human needs.
The main objectives of the ecological tourism are: - environmental education, promotion of culture of relationship with nature, the development of ethical norms of conduct in a natural environment, foster a sense of personal responsibility of each individual for the fate of the nature and its separate elements; - the restoration of physical and spiritual forces of man, providing complete relaxation in conditions of the natural environment.
In the world practice of ecological tourism mainly implemented on specially protected natural territories (SPNT).
The development of ecological tourism in our Republic is actual against the background of the development of tourism.
Eco-tourism can be an important element of development of Kazakhstan, if his address and develop as высокоприбыльную and the environmentally safe sector of the economy.
The natural potential of Kazakhstan provides great opportunities for development of eco-tourism in protected areas, as it possesses a wide variety of unique, attractive landscapes, still not covered by the processes of urbanization and intensive agricultural production.
For the further development of eco-tourism on specially protected natural territories are carried out the following activities: development of General plans of development of infrastructure of the state national natural parks and state forest nature reserves, representing interest for the development of ecological tourism; - processing system regulating the flow of visitors to pas through the selection of tour operators; - development of a network of tourist routes in various directions with their subsequent construction and certification; - ensure the protection, safety of visitors and the content of the tourist resources of the NPAs; - the development of infrastructure for tourism activities, by attracting additional investors and interested business entities, tourist organizations, the local population; - development of tourist routes (development of recreation areas, shelters, manufacturing and installation of small architectural forms, etc.); - carrying out advertising and information activities.
The practical classes students learn to correctly apply the routes on the map with the designation of infrastructure and accounted for the calculation of projects, filled out the forms, develop individual projects and protected them. In the end of the seminar the participants visited the ecological path on the territory of the su ГЛПР «Semey ormany», «Holy key», developed by the employees of reserve in the past year.
After summarizing all the participants were awarded certificates. In the opinion of the audience, the seminar was very useful. The staff of nature reserves have expanded their professional knowledge in the field of environmental trails and further development of, got the opportunity to empirically put their projects into reality, to share experiences. They expressed the desire in future to participate in similar seminars - for progress does not stand in place, especially in our information age, with its high-tech products, which have not bypassed and forestry of the country.
